- 50 g walnuts
- 50 g Macadamia Nuts
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g Quinoa Grain, red or black preferably
- 100 g Linseeds
- 400 g Rolled Oats/Quinoa/Millet/Amaranth
- 2 teaspoons vanilla, powder, paste or extract
- 3 tablespoons Crio Bru or Cacao
- 150 g Milk of choice
- 50 g Porridge Mix, (See above)
- 80 g berries of choice
- 1 tablespoons pepitas

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Add porridge mix ingredients to TM bowl. Mix 7sec/speed9.
Pour mix into jars or containers to store.
To make one portion of porridge-
Add 50g of porridge mix and milk to TM bowl. Cook 3mins/90degreees/speed 1. While its cooking smash half your berries in the bottom of your bowl with a fork. When porridge is cooked add to your bowl, mix in smashed berries and top with rest of whole berries and petitas.
To make porridge mix-
You can replace nuts with different nuts or what you have on hand.
I used half rolled oats and half rolled quinoa.
