  • 460 g water, or 230g water, 230g milk of choice
  • 350 g Frozen Berries
  • 50 g sunflower seed

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop - Place nuts in the TM and press turbo button for desired consistency. Remove from TM bowl and set aside.

  2. Cook - Place Quinoa, water (and milk) in the TM bowl and cook for 15017 mins/100c/Speed 2/Counter-clockwise operation.

  3. Mix - Add remaining ingredients and stir on Speed 3-4/Counter-clockwise operation until all ingredients mixed.

  4. Serve - with your favourit yogurt & honey.

    Delicious recipe! I cooked the quinoa for 15 mins and used half water and half almond/coconut milk. When I added the berries, seeds and cinnamon I cooked the mix for another 2 mins at 100 deg on speed 3 reverse.
