- 100 g Nuts, walnuts, almonds, cashews
- 170 g quinoa, rinsed
- 460 g water, or 230g water, 230g milk of choice
- 350 g Frozen Berries
- 50 g sunflower seed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Recipe is created for
Chop - Place nuts in the TM and press turbo button for desired consistency. Remove from TM bowl and set aside.
Cook - Place Quinoa, water (and milk) in the TM bowl and cook for 15017 mins/100c/Speed 2/"Counter-clockwise operation" .
Mix - Add remaining ingredients and stir on Speed 3-4/"Counter-clockwise operation" until all ingredients mixed.
Serve - with your favourit yogurt & honey.
