Recipe's preparation

  1. Add 500g Water to Thermomix Bowl, Put bottom part - base of Varoma tray on Thermomix lid, Then lay Sausages across the tray, Salt and Peper to taste. Wet some baking paper and fit onto top part of Varoma try, then put that tray onto bottom part of Varoma Base, crack 7 Eggs, Salt and Pepper to taste, add Varoma lid Cook 18 minutes/Varoma/Speed 2

Tip

If using thick sausages cook a little longer.
If you like Soft Eggs wait 2 to 4 minutes before putting the Tray with eggs on Varoma base.
