  • 200 g plain flour
  • 100 g Butter, cubed
  • Pinch salt
  • 50-60 g iced water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place
    flour, butter and salt into TM bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 6.



    Add
    water and mix a further 5-6 seconds
    on speed 6 to form a rough dough.
    Add water as necessary to bind.



    Turn
    mixture onto floured ThermoMat and knead lightly.



    Keep
    in fridge in flat disc before use in recipes of choice.

    Super easy. Made a double batch just in case and will thaw the extra in the fridge a couple of hours or overnight before I need to use it.

    we use to be able to freeze some of the pastry we use to make in one of the bakery's I was working in, especially when we were in a busy period and had a lot of orders ( Christmas and Easter periods).
