- 60 g walnuts
- 90 g almonds
- 40 g Coconut Shredded
- 60 g sunflower seeds
- 60 g Pepita Seeds
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 200 g Oates
You can pre make this and store in an airtight container
Add nuts to bowl. "Closed lid" , Turbo, 2-3 presses of 1 Second
Add remaining ingredients 15 Seonds, "Counter-clockwise operation" , Speed 1
Pour mix on to large tray lined with baking paper & spread out. Place under grill on high. Do not leave the muesli unattended as it burns easily. As it starts to colur pull out tray, mix and spread out again then put back under grill. Repeat this process approx 6 times until evenly toasted. Leave to cool then place in airtight container.
This can be served with yoghurt & fruit or milk. My favourite is plain yoghurt & frozen blueberries.
You out can use whatever nuts and seeds you prefer. You can also add dried fruit. With dried fruit put in bowl first, chop then remove to chop nuts and add back in with the rest of the ingredients.
