Variation Gluten free porridge

Gf porridge

  • 1 Red apple, Chopped in half
  • 35 gram rice flakes
  • 35 grams Quinoa flakes
  • 10 grams Shredded coconut
  • 15 grams buckwheat
  • 380 grams Milk of Choice (or Water or 50/50)


  • .5 level teaspoons mixed spice
  • 4 tablespoons sultanas

Recipe's preparation

    Gluten free porridg
  1. Put apple into TM bowl. Chop speed 5 for 1-2 seconds

    add everything else (with extra flavour ingredients) and cook on

    90 degrees, 11 minutes, reverse, speed 2
