Yeasted tomato, basil and Parmesan waffles

Ingredients

Batter

  • 45 grams Parmesan cheese, Cubed
  • 4 slices sun-dried or semi-sun dried tomatoes
  • 6 leaves basil
  • 320 grams Milk
  • 150 grams bakers flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Yeast Dried
  • S & P to taste
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe's preparation

    Prepare
  1. 1. Add cheese, tomatoes and basil toClosed lid.

    2. Chop sp6 / 6 seconds or until chopped to your liking.

    3. Add yeast, pepper, salt and 2 tspns olive oil

    4. Blend sp5 / 10 secs. Scrape

    5. Add to your preheated waffle maker as recommended by the manufacturer, and cook to your liking...

    6. Alternatively, drop spoonfuls into a preheated fry pan. Turn when bubbles appear. 

    7. Serve spread with butter, tomatoes, bacon and eggs if desired.
