- 150 grams milk powder, Whole milk
- 1 level teaspoons Vanilla Paste, Any vanilla but less if concentrate
- Extra portions Cream or sugar, Extra to taste but not needed

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- If using fresh milk it must be room temperature so place milk in tm6 bowl and heat to 37 degrees only a few minutes . UHT out of cupboard not needed as already room temperature
1. Add all ingredients to Tm6 bowl and blend 10 seconds.
2. Slide across to fermentation mode.
3. Set to 37 degrees and ferment for 8 hours.
