      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    How to:
  1. 1. Add all the ingredients ( except the cheese) in the order listed and blend to combine 10secs/sp 7

    2. Knead 5 minutes

    3. Add the cheese and knead again 40secs

    4. Leave to double in a greased covered bowl.

    5. Shape to fit in a greased bread pan. Cover again and leave until it reaches the top of the tin.

    6. Bake in a preheated 180°C regular oven for 25-30mins or until cooked. If it starts browning too quickly, turn the temperature down a little.

    7. Tip the hot bread out of the tin and onto a wire rack to cool completely.
