  • ½ avocado
  • 1 carrot, small
  • 4 slices whole-grain bread
  • 1 large iceberg lettuce leaf

Recipe's preparation

    Cheese Sandwich
  1. Preheat the oven to 160ºFahrenheit.
    Peel the pumpkin and expel the seeds. Put the pumpkin on a baking tin or sheet and cook for ten minutes. When done, let it cool and cut it thinly.

    Peel the avocado and expel the seed. Crush it softly in a bowl, utilizing a fork.
    Spread the avocado paste on two bread cuts. Top it with cut carrot, lettuce leaf, and pumpkin cuts.
    Spread the Orient Asian Sri Lankan Curry Paste on the remaining two bread slices and place on top to finish the sandwich.
