- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon Butter, Melted

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add 410gms warm water, with 3 teaspn dried yeast & 2 tablespn Sugar to the bowl Process for 10mins on speed 3 - 37* "Blend"
Then add 2 tablespn melted butter, 2 teaspns salt, 2 heaped tablespn milk powder & 740gms flour"Dough mode" for 4mins
Leave in the bowl until it reaches the top, tip out onto a floured surface
Shape into 2 loaves or buns and rise again.
Loaves: Cook @ 200* for 10mins then turn down to 180* for 25mins
Buns: Heat the oven to 200* once the buns are in the oven turn the oven down to 160* cook for 15-18mins
