For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1: Add milk, 5 grams of sugar and yeast to bowl, heat 4 minutes 37°C speed 1.
2: Add in 115 grams of melted butter, eggs, 60 grams sugar and flour to bowl, mix speed 4, 20 seconds.
3: Knead on dough function for 6 minutes.
4: Turn out onto Thermomat and rest for one hour.
5: Knock down dough, and divide into twelve equal portions. Roll into tight balls and place on lined baking tray. Cover with clean towel and leave to prove again until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 190°C.
6: Bake rolls in oven for 20-25 minutes, brushing with remaining melted butter halfway through.
