      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add butter, milk & water to the TM and heat 55c for 1 1/2 minutes, speed 1 until butter melted.

Add flour & mix 6 seconds, speed 6 until combined.

    Knead dough 1 minute.

Roll out dough an a lightly floured board or a thermomat and top with your favourite topping ingredients.

(We cut this dough in half and get 2 thinner based pizzas. We cook our pizza in an electric pizza oven so time to cook bases may vary)

Thank you. I'm so glad you like it. I've been making it this way for years and everyone loves it. With a family of 6 with 4 strapping sons I need to make 6 pizzas every time and this is just so easy.
