- 40 gram psyllium husks
- 1 level teaspoons salt
- 1 level tablespoons nothing naughty fibre syrup
- 3 level tablespoons olive oil
- 360 gram water

Recipe's preparation
- 125gms of pumpkin seeds
"Blend" 40 seconds at speed 10
- 240gms sunflower seeds
- 85gms chia seeds
- 40gms psyllium husks
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon nothing naughty fibre syrup
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 360gms warm water
"Gentle stir setting" speed 3/15 secs
- Scrape down sides of bowl
"Gentle stir setting" speed 3/15 secs
- Press into lined loaf tin and bake at 160C for 45 minutes.
