Rosie's Pumpkin Seed Bread

  • 185 grams pumpkin seed
  • 240 gram sunflower seeds
  • 85 gram chia seeds
  • 40 gram psyllium husks
  • 1 level teaspoons salt
  • 1 level tablespoons nothing naughty fibre syrup
  • 3 level tablespoons olive oil
  • 360 gram water

Recipe's preparation

    125gms of pumpkin seeds
  1. 125gms of pumpkin seeds
  2. Blend40 seconds at speed 10
  3. 240gms sunflower seeds
  4. 85gms chia seeds
  5. 40gms psyllium husks
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tablespoon nothing naughty fibre syrup
  8. 3 tablespoon olive oil
  9. 360gms warm water
  10. Gentle stir settingspeed 3/15 secs
  11. Scrape down sides of bowl
  12. Gentle stir settingspeed 3/15 secs
  13. Press into lined loaf tin and bake at 160C for 45 minutes.
