Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients into TM Bowl
Mix Speed 4/10 seconds
Knead 3 minutes on "Dough mode"
Rest in ThermoMat for 10 minutes
Divide dough into 4 portions
Sprinkle a little stoneground flour onto mat and roll out dough very thin
Place a bread and butter plate upside down and cut around using your TM spatula
Heat a little oil into a pan and cook until you see an even spread of bubbles appear, then flip and cook until brown.
