Recipe's preparation

    Tortillas
  1. Place all ingredients into TM Bowl

     

    Mix Speed 4/10 seconds

     

    Knead 3 minutes on Dough mode

     

    Rest in ThermoMat for 10 minutes

     

    Divide dough into 4 portions

     

    Sprinkle a little stoneground flour onto mat and roll out dough very thin

     

    Place a bread and butter plate upside down and cut around using your TM spatula

     

    Heat a little oil into a pan and cook until you see an even spread of bubbles appear, then flip and cook until brown.

    I substituted coconut oil for the olive oil which gave it a lovely flavour! So simple to make, definitely a favourite at our place served with savoury mice and salads.
