If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add water sugar and yeast to bowl. Mix on speed 1.5 for 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and mix 10 seconds on speed 5. Knead for 4 minutes. But into oiled bowl and prove until doubled. Preheat oven to 200 c Knock down and decide into 2. Shape into baguettes. Prove again until double. Cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
