AMAZING Ferraro Rocher Hazelnut flavoured ice cream! Using a Mistral or Bellini

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 100 g hazelnuts
  • 80 g almonds
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 600 g cream
  • 100 g raw sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 pinch hymalayan Salt Flakes

Recipe's preparation

    How To:
  1. Put almonds, hazelnuts, cocoa in TM bowl.

    Chop 10sec/sp10

    Scrape down bowl. Repeat until nut butter consistency. I did about 4 times

  2. Add all other ingredients into the bowl & attache the mixing tool

     

    7mins Temp 80 speed 3

    Place in a container. Put in freezer until frozen 4 hours.

    When ready to eat, cut into blocks and put back 1/2 into bowl

    20sec speed 5

    Put other half in bowl

    20sec speed 4 with spatula to move it around.

    Put back into freezer for another 4 hours.

Tip

Leave out of freezer for 5 mins before eating
