Recipe's preparation
- Place diced apple ( or pear) in jug with Cinnamon, butter and oil
Sautè 3 minutes /120°c/ speed 1 - Add butterfly and rice and without mc
Sautè 3 minutes /120°c/ speed 1 - Add sweet wine or juice
Sautè 1 minute /120°c/ speed 1 - Add juice scrape bottom of jug well with the spatula to lossen rice
Place simmering basket on the lid
Cook 15 minutes /"Counter-clockwise operation" /100°c / speed 1
- Tip into thermoserver to rest for 5 minutes
grate nutmeg generously over the top and serve with double cream or icecream
