Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Add all ingredients to your Tmx bowl. (Except the desiccated coconut)
2. I like mine a little chunky so 10seconds on speed 5 with one turbo at the end!
ROLL.... I make my balls as big as a heaped tsp. Roll in your palm then roll through your dessicated coconut. Wet your hands a little if they are sticking to you.
store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks but I doubt they will last that long .
Enjoy!
Easy as 1,2 roll.....

Our family doesn't really enjoy bliss balls however these were the best we've had. We didn't roll in desiccated coconut and we added the desiccated coconut to step 1 which turned out well. We used coconut milk powder instead of coconut flour. We made a basic mistake by not de-seeding the medjool dates. Thanks for the recipe.

Thanks for sharing a great NUT FREE apricot ball recipe. Am so pleased that these can be eaten at school. I added about 200g apricots as we really like the apricot flavour to come through. Also found it necessary to make two batches (separately) to make sure we had enough.
