If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Yum! I made these for my daughters birthday afternoon tea (I used pre made pastry shells) and they were a hit! So quick and easy and the caramel is so good you could eat it with a spoon. Will definitely make again.

DeniseOwen: Sorry for the very late reply!! I've only just seen your question.

I'm really not sure, I've never tried freezing it. I always just make it on the day I need it or the day before and there's never any leftover!
