  • 115g Boiling water
  • 45g cocoa powder
  • 165g Butter
  • 100g white sugar
  • 300g condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 5 eggs
  • 250g Marie biscuits

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pour cocoa powder, milo and boiling water in a pot and stir. Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" / 20 seconds

  2. On low heat, add butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs and condensed milk to the cocoa mixture and stir until mixture thickens. MC / 15 minutes / 60C / speed 3

  3. Break biscuits into quarters and stir into the custard mixture. 2 mins / Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting"  

  4. prepare any container you prefer. I use 6" X 6" square container. You can line the container with parchment paper for easy removal but I usually don't.

  5. Refrigerate for about 3-5 hours but I like to keep it overnight so that the custard sets properly.
