Pudding

  • 30 g Butter
  • 110 g caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 1 egg
  • 160 g Self Raising Flour
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Rock Salt Ground
  • 110 g full cream milk

Sauce

  • 55 g caster sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Cup boiled water

Recipe's preparation

    Pudding
  1. 1. Cream butter, sugar & vanilla for 15 sec, sp 4 - scrape down sides.

    2. Add egg & mix 8 sec, sp4 - scrape down sides.

    3. Add flour, cocoa, salt and milk, mix 5 sec, sp 7

    4. Pour into Ramekin/s of choice ( I use 5-6 small single serve ramekins but you can use 1 large one)

  3. 5. Add all sauce ingredients in bowl. Mix 8 sec, sp 4

    6. Pour evenly over each pudding (generally 1/4 cup per pudding works well)

    7. Bake in 180 degree oven for approx 20 mins for small ramekins, approx 35 for large ramekin

    Omg that was delicious. Saved the day for dessert. I just mixed the sauce in a jug and I used 6 ramekins. Thank you
