Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Place chocolate and 65grams of pecans in TM bowl. Chop on sp.9 for 3 seconds. Set aside.

Place dates and the rest of the pecans (110gms)  into TM bowl and chop on sp. 10 for 20 seconds. Scrape down. Add pecan and chocolate mixture together and mix on sp. 4 for 10 seconds.

Scoop 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each shell. Using your fingertips, firmly press the crust into the tartlet cup, leaving a cavity in the centr to hold the cream.

  2. Cream filling
  3. Mix creme fraiche, plain yoghurt and brown sugar together in TM bowl on sp. 4 for 40 seconds.

Scoop 1 tblsp of the mixture into each tartlet shell and place in fridge to set.

  4. Topping
  5. Now for the best part, serve tarts on plates. Top with a blackberry. You can cover these and put in the fridge for later if you have discipline. Enjoy!

Tip

Instead of blackberries you can place pomegranates on top, raspberries, strawberries or any other yummy fruit in season.
