Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place dark chocolate (broken into pieces) into bowl, grate 10sec/sp8. Add cream and heat 2min/50deg/sp3. Place in shallow container and putinto fridge or freezer to set. Roll into small balls and coat with dukkah mix or truffle mix.
