Blissful Bliss Balls

  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g oats
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 10 g Cocao
  • 150 g pitted dates
  • 20 g honey
  • 10 g water
  • 50 g Coconut

Recipe's preparation

    Recipe's Preparation
  1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl except coconut. Closed lid

     

  2. Mix for 20secs / speed 8 

     

  3. Scrape down inside of bowl and repeat for 10 secs if neccesary 

  4. Roll into balls and coat with coconut. Refridgerate and enjoy!

    Great base recipe:

    I found these quite dry, so I added a little maple syrup, some extra water, a few dollops of coconut oil and some raisins and some extra cocoa. Delicious!!!!!!

    Just made the Blissballs (3rd time) but substituted cashew nuts for the oats, to make it Gluten Free. Also added Goji Berries. Ju tasted - absolutely YUM Love
