- 190 grams Buckwheat (soaked & drained)), 1 cup if not pre soaked.
- 240 grams coconut cream, Ayum, Full Fat (single can)
- 240 grams water
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe's preparation
Pre-soak 1 cup of buckwheat groats for minimum 1 hour. Rinse and drain.
1. Place buckwheat, cocononut cream, water, vanilla paste and cinnamon in TM Bowl. Mix speed 3/ 90 degrees/ 16-20 minutes- you can add a sweetner in this process but I prefer to add after. Maple Syrup or Coconut syrup work well.
2. Serve topped with fresh fruit (strawberries and bananas are my favourite) and drizzle with maple syrup (it doesnt need much!)

Add a commentI didn't pre soak my groats, so I sat them in...
I didn't pre soak my groats, so I sat them in boiling water for 10 minutes before I started cooking and after 16 minutes cooking and 10 minutes standing, this recipe was perfect and not too dry! Thank you for sharing. I also put the blade on reverse to prevent mushing up the grains!
