Custard

  • 600 grams Cream.
  • 375 grams Condensed milk.
  • 2 --- Eggs.
  • 10 grams Cornflour.

triffle

  • 1 Jam Roll
  • Port / Sherry / Orange Juice
  • Nutmeg (ground)
  • shredded coconut flakes

Recipe's preparation

    Custard
  1. 1: Place all custard ingredients into bowl

    2: Cook 10 mins, 90 degrees, Speed 4.  Measuring cup on

  2. Assemble Triffle
  3. While custard is cooking cut up jam roll, arrange in serving dish.

    Sprinkle over sherry

    Pour hot custard over cake when ready

    Sprinkle with coconut and nutmeg
