Recipe's preparation
- Add butter, golden syrup, brown sugar and condensed milk to bowl
- Cook 8mins/100deg/speed 3
- Scrape down sides of bowl
- Cook 20mins/Varoma/speed 3
- Add white chocolate
- Mix 10secs/speed 4.5
- Move quickly and pour into slice tray lined with baking paper.
Cool on bench for an hour, then refrigerate before cutting into small pieces. Store in fridge.

Tip
This recipe can be doubled. Just increase first cooking time to 10mins and second cooking time to 24mins.
