      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1 - Break up all chocolate and add to TM bowl.

    2 - Add tin of condensed milk on top of chocolate.

    3 - Cook for 10 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 3.

    4 - Once combined work fast and tip into a lined square tin.

    5 - Place in fridge for at least 6 hours, over night is preferred.

    6 - Once set remove baking paper and cut into small squares.

    7 - Enjoy and try to not eat it all at once.

You can use any liquid centre chocolate in place of the caramel - I have also done peppermint that was really yummy
