  • 250 grams plain sweet biscuits

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. BASE -
    Melt margarine at 80 degrees for 2 mins on speed 2.
    Add biscuits and mix for 10 seconds on speed 5.
    Press mixture into springform pan and refrigerate.
    Wipe or rinse bowl out, making sure there is no water present.

    FILLING -
    Break caramilk roughly in to bowl and mix for 3 minutes on 70 degrees, speed 2.
    Pour cream in gradually within the first 60 seconds and place MC back on.
    Add cream cheese (roughly chopped) to the mixture and mix for 30 seconds on speed 6 until smooth.
    Pour mixture on top of base and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
