Recipe's preparation

  1. Place the dates and cashew nuts inside the mixing bowl and mill for 10 seconds/ Speed 9.
    Add the lemon zest and mill for further 5 seconds/ Speed 9.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 15 seconds/ Speed 5.
    The texture will look like a crumbly biscuit dough.
    Using an ice-cream scoop to form the bliss ball.
    Put extra desiccated coconut in a cup or drinking glass and coat each bliss ball.by shaking the ball around the cup.
