Chia Apricot Balls

Chia Apricot Balls

  • 260 grams Cashews, raw
  • 6 --- Apricots, dried
  • 2 tbsp white chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • Coconut, to coat

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except for coconut into TMX bowl,

    mix on speed 7 for 5 seconds



  2. Roll mixture into balls and then in coconut.


  3. Refridgerate for a few hours and then enjoy!
















Accessories you need



I use Angus Park soft & juicy apricots.  If using dried apricots you might like to soak them in the orange juice beforehand to soften them.
