  • 180 gram Block dark chocolate
  • 395 gram can condensed milk
  • dessicated coconut, 1 1/2 cups
  • 100 grams raspberry lollies, chopped

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop biscuits on speed 8 for 5 seconds and set aside.

  2. Grate chocolate for 7 seconds on speed 8.  Melt for 2 minutes on speed 3 at 50 degrees or until melted and smooth.

  3. Add condensed milk, 1/2 cup coconut, biscuits and chopped raspberry lollies.  Mix on speed 6 counter-clockwise operation for 20 seconds until well combined. 

  4. Place remaining coconut in a bowl.  Place mixture in another large bowl and chill for 15 minutes.  Roll level tablespoons of mixture and toss in coconut to coat.
