Great recipe. Thank you so much. I make this regularly and even have to make it for my friends now too. I love experimenting with different flavours. Swap Peppermint Crisp bars for Cherry Ripes, Honeycomb, Turkish Delight etc.

Taste was awesome, I added essential oils instead of peppermint crisp but way too soft to cut easily even after being in the fridge overnight

sorry for the late reply! Yes I think 400g would be ok - a regular tin of condensed milk is 395g so that is close enough!

    Submitted by lindah123 on 13. November 2013 - 18:14.

This was really yummy but definitely only cut into small pieces as it's quite rich.  After pouring into the tin I added some milk to the bowl and heated it up for a few minutes - turned into a yummy chocolate milkshake!

  • Love the flavour of this one!

    Submitted by anniembee on 29. May 2013 - 09:40.

Love the flavour of this one! I made it all dark chocolate, no mint. Now I am going to try a strawberry version. Very good. It is similar to the flavour of the chocolate fudge from The Original Tasmanian Fudge Company: a personal fave of mine!
