If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place frozen bananas in thermomix.
2. Chop 15 seconds. Begin at speed 5 and increase to speed 10
3. Scrape down sides.
4. Add cacao
5. Mix 10 seconds, speed 10.
6. Serve imediately and enjoy

Tip
The length of chopping time for step one will depend on how long the bananas have been frozen.
In step 2 mix until the mixture has a mousse consistency.
*****For low fodmap, freeze bananas that are at the greenish/yellow stage.
