If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add pecans and chop 3-5 secs / Sp 5. Transfer to a bowl
- Add coconut oil, cacao powder, almond butter, honey, vanilla peppermint and salt. Combine 5 secs / Sp 4.
- Heat mixture 3 mins / 55 deg / Sp 2.
- Add nuts and coconut and combine 10 secs / "Counter-clockwise operation" / Sp 5
- Pour mixture into a 7x5-inch dish lined with parchment paper
- Freeze until choclate is set then cut into sticks.
- Store in airtight container in freezer

Very nice, though next time I’ll use more peppermint essence as we could hardly taste the peppermint. I used roasted almonds as had no pecans. Will def make again!

Sensational!! I didn't have pecans so I used hazelnuts. I also left out the oil as we don't use it and just used a bit of almond milk instead and they turned out perfectly. Will definitely be keeping a stock in the freezer.
