If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Describe the preparation steps of your recipe
Place the pitted prunes into a Jar with a lead and pour 100 g of Alcohol in it, close the jar
Wait for 1 Week shaking the jars from time to time.
After a week,
Line 2 baking tray (30x40cm) with baking paper and set aside.
Place prunes into mixing bowl and chop Turbo/1 sec/ 5-6 times,
clean the bowl and
Repeat the process for died apricots
clean and dry mixing bowl for the next step
Place chocolate into mixing bowl and chop
Turbo/1 sec/5/6 times
Scrape down sides os mixing bowl with spatula then melt
2 min 30 sec/50C / speed 1
With aid of toothpick, dip chilled Prune or apricots balls into melted chocolate
If the chocolate become too cold heat it again for 1 min /50C / spead 1
Place chocolate coated balls back into a freezer to alow chocolate to set (approx. 10 minutes).
Remove toothpics, then serve immediately or transfer into a sealable container and place into refrigerator until ready to serve
