- 650 grams Greek yogurt
- 2 bananas, (Use frozen bananas if you have them)
- 1 heaped tablespoon Cacao powder raw, (Or any chocolate powder you have)
- 2-3 heaped tablespoons Rapadura, (Depending how sweet you want it)
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, (Optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, (Optional)

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Put all the ingredients in the "Closed lid"
blitz, 30 seconds speed 9
scrape down bowl
20 seconds, speed 6
add to calypo moulds, freeze, enjoy!
Needs about 2- 3 hours to be frozen enough to eat.

Tip
You can use any sugar you like. If you use very ripe bananas, use less sugar.
