  • 2 bananas, (Use frozen bananas if you have them)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon Cacao powder raw, (Or any chocolate powder you have)
  • 2-3 heaped tablespoons Rapadura, (Depending how sweet you want it)
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, (Optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, (Optional)

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in the 

    blitz, 30 seconds speed 9 

    scrape down bowl

    20 seconds, speed 6

     

    add to calypo moulds, freeze, enjoy! 

     

    Needs about 2- 3 hours to be frozen enough to eat.

Tip

You can use any sugar you like. If you use very ripe bananas, use less sugar.
