    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Tip

1.Place milk chocolate into TM Bowl and mill for 5
seconds /speed8 set aside

2.Place butter, sugar, liquid glucose and chocolate condensed milk into TM Bowl ,cook for 8 minutes at 100 deg/speed 3 with MC Removed

3.Carefully remove lid to prevent condensation dripping into mix,shake condensation off into sink dry lid

3 Scrape down the sides of bowl

4.cook again for 18 minutes/Varoma/speed 3 with MC removed,then carefully remove the lid and shake condensation into sink and dry lid again

5.Then add milled chocolate and macadamia and mix 20 sec/speed 4 or until all chocolate is mixed in

6. Pour into a slice tin lined with baking paper and place in refrigerator

7. Cut when cooled and set eat and enjoy
