Chocolate macadamia fudge

  • 1 can Chocolate Condensed Milk
  • 210 grams sugar
  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 50 grams glucose syrup

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). 1.Place broken milk chocolate into TM Bowl and mill for 10
seconds /speed 8set aside
for later
2.line slice tray with baking paper

3.Place butter, sugar, liquid glucose and chocolate condensed milk into TM Bowl ,cook for 8 minutes at 100 deg/speed 3 with MC Removed

4.Carefully remove lid to prevent condensation dripping into mix,shake condensation off into sink and dry lid

5.Scrape down the sides of bowl
With spatula
4.cook again for 18 minutes/Varoma/speed 3 with MC removed,then carefully remove the lid and shake condensation into sink and dry lid again

6.Then add milled chocolate and macadamia and mix 20 sec/speed 4 or until all chocolate is mixed in

7.Pour into a slice tin lined with baking paper and place in refrigerator

8.Cut when cooled and set eat and enjoy
