If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add bananas to TM bowl and puree 5 Sec / Speed 5 "Closed lid"
- Scrape down sides of bowl and add eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, cinnamon and baking powder and mix 7 Sec / Speed 5 "Closed lid"
- Add oats and mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" 15 Sec / Speed 2 "Closed lid"
- Add half the mixture to a greased cake loaf tin.
- Melt the dark chocolate over a stove top and add to remaining mixture in TM bowl. Mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" 7 Sec / Speed 2 "Closed lid"
- Add mixture from TM bowl to the cake tin and with a spoon slightly swirl - this provides the marble effect.
- Bake in a preheated oven on 190 - 200c for 35 minutes.
- Let the cake stand for 30 minutes and enjoy!

Tip
Add some raw almonds to the top of the cake before baking for a crunchy nutty taste!
