  • 30 g Corn Flour
  • 60 g sugar, Raw, Rapadura or Coconut
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g Peanut Butter, I use crunchy give a nutty texture
  • 500 g Milk

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Peanut Butter Custard
  1.  

    Place cornflour, and sugar into mixing bowl and mill10 sec/speed 10.

  2. Add chocolate and mill 8 sec/speed 10.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and cook 7 min/80C/speed 4.

     

  4.  

    For a thicker consistency, cook for a further 1 min/100C/speed 4.

     

  5. You can also use the automated custard recipe (TM5) adding the peanut butter when you add the chocolate.

    This is really nice! I do find it is very runny though, even though I increased temp to 90, added less milk and cooked for 2 minutes longer. But we love it, and my husband called it "awesome chocolate soup"
