      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Bliss balls
  1. Place lemon and orange zest in mixing bowl and chop on speed 9 for 10 seconds.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix on speed 6 for 30 to 40 seconds, until they form a sticky dough.

  3. Form into balls (it's easier with damp hands) and roll in coconut.

  • These were absolutely

These were absolutely delicious! I omitted the brandy and added juice from the orange instead. I made about four batches and gave them out as Christmas presents wrapped up in cellophane as suggested. Also took some to my Christmas party at playgroup. Yum!
