Citrus Cooler Sorbet

Ingredients

Sorbet

  • 100 g sugar
  • 650 g ice cubes
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 eggwhite, Optional

Recipe's preparation

    Whipping it up
  1. Peel citrus fruit with a sharp knife, removing most of the white pith.

    Halve and add to jug together with the sugar, vanilla extract and eggwhite* if using. Mix 10 sec Sp 6-7.

    Add ice and mix 60 sec slowly increasing speed from 5 to 7. You may need to stop and scrape down sides or use Thermomix spatula whilst running.

    * Eggwhite helps stabilise sorbet and creates a smooth, creamy texture, however sorbet is perfectly delicious without!
