  • After using a whole 250g bag

    Submitted by Thermodoc on 7. September 2014 - 16:23.

After using a whole 250g bag of puffed rice (I was making a half batch), I used 50g of that to "try again". It worked better, so I think 50g is the right quantity, but then the coconut was excessive and dried it out so it still didn't hold together.  I think 75g coconut would have been plenty!! Will try again sometime.

  • Hi there, what kind of

Hi there, what kind of Thermomix have you got? I was hard pressed fitting 130g of puffed rice in mine. And unfortunately the mixture doesn't stick at all. I followed the recipe apart from the 500g of puffed rice. Can you please tell me what went wrong? Was it supposed to be 50g of puffed rice? Cheers.
