Clone of Easy Baileys Fudge

  • 170 grams white chocolate pieces
  • 120 grams Butter
  • 160 grams brown sugar
  • 75 grams golden syrup
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk, Do not use skim

Recipe's preparation

    Easy Caramel Fudge
  1.  Place chocolate into machine for 5 seconds, Speed 9. Set aside.

      Add butter, brown sugar, sugar syrup, baileys amd condensed milk in to TM cooking for 8mins at 100C on speed 3 with the MC removed.

     Scrape the sides and bottom of bowl with spatula.

     Cook for a further 20mins at 130c on Speed 3, with the MC removed 

     In the last 1-2 minutes of Varoma cooking time add the White chocolate through the lid.

    Wait util 60c and whip
