This was yum. I substituted the sugar for 1 tablespoon of sugar & 1 banana. I also replaced the cornflour with organic tapioca flour for a gluten free option ☺. My baby loved it

delicious thanks! kids absolutely loved it which is great as they haven't always liked other attempts at coconut milk custard. Added 20g of cacao in the first step as it was a chocolate kind of day today!

This is divine. I chose the eggless option and 2 tablespoons of cacao. It was divine and so easy to use items already in my pantry. My Mr 3 loved it too! I have to go dairy free whilst feeding my 5 week old and this will certainly be a staple sweet treat for me

This custard is seriously the BEST! Just made a half batch with some leftover coconut milk from a lemon and coconut cake, used coconut sugar instead of raw sugar, and popped an egg in as substitute for some cornflour. Amazing!

So easy and delicious. I halved the recipe and added 2 heaped Tbsp cocoa to make chocolate custard and it was so yummy! Great easy recipe using basic pantry ingredients for when I want dessert but have nothing on hand. Also used almond milk and worked perfectly tmrc_emoticons.)

Wow!!! Love it. This is a delicious, dairy free alternative to custard. Looking forward to experimenting with a few flavours. I used the 2x eggs, it thickens as it cools.
