Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill sugar & lime zest 10 sec/speed 10

    Add lime flesh and frozen coconut cream & blend for 30sec/speed 9

    Add Ice cubes and blend for 1 min/speed 9 with the aid of the spatula to keep ingredients moving if needed.

Tip

Before you add the ice cubes you need to make sure the coconut cream is all blended, if not add 50ml water and blend for another 10 seconds. Check again and add more water if needed.

 

Serve with fresh lime zest
