For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Add frozen mixed berries, cacao powder, avocado, ice, maple syrup and squeeze of lemon juice to the mixerbowl
- and blend for 10 seconds/ speed 9/MC on. Add an additional 2 seconds if not all fruit or ice is blended.
- Scrape the sides of the mixer bowl down. Insert Butterfly and whip for 10 seconds/speed 4/MC Off while adding the water to help combine.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Tip
Recipe can be doubled but processing time will need to be extended. Swap out frozen fruit to your liking.
