- 250 grams Milk
- 2 eggs
- 30 grams caster sugar
- 100 grams plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Add all ingredients (minus butter) and mix 10 sec/speed 5.
Melt a little butter in a non-stick frying pan-just enough to coat the bottom. I use a 20cm frying pan. When it's sizzling, add a small ladleful of batter. Tilt the pan so that the batter swirls out and around to thinkly cover the bottom, mingling with some of the butter. Fry over medium-low heat unil the underside is nicely golden, using a spatula to lift up the edge to check. Loosen the side with the spatula and flip the pancake over. Fry until the new underside is lightly golden, then slide out of pan into a thermoserver. Add butter to pan as needed.
What you serve these with is up to you! I like to squeeze a bit of lemon juice on them and then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. You can top with berries as well. Freshly whipped cream, caster sugar, or maple syrup are all also great.
