- 350 g flour
- 50 g malted milk powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 3 teaspoon dry yeast
- 620 g full cream milk
- 115 g Butter
- 2 eggs
Recipe's preparation
Add milk, butter and yeast to TMX speed 3, 37c, 2 minutes
Add eggs, 10 seconds speed 5
Add rest of dry ingredients to TMX, speed 7, 10 seconds
Allow mix to rest for at least 10 minutes or up to 2 hours in a warm location. The longer the rest time the more flavour and larger air pockets.
